9 Days!

May 10, 2010

Taylor and Aimee came home Saturday evening after 9 days in the hospital. They had to go back today to make sure the chemo had gone out from her body. It DID! And they are on their way back home. She  needs a break to let her body recuperate. We appreciate your prayers!!!!

Day 8

May 7, 2010

Please pray for our 12 yr old grandaughter Taylor Wilson. She has leukemia and went to the hospital 8 days ago for chemo and is still there. Several complications and now saying she may have a stomach virus. Very stressful for her mom because she also has a 6 yr old son and is a single mom. She truly needs a miracle from GOD!!!

Still in the Hospital

May 6, 2010

Taylor still is in hospital. Still can't get rid of the chemo enough to go home. She will have to have a stint put in her kidney as soon as her blood levels come up. Very frustating for all of us.

Everything happens at once

May 3, 2010

Taylor is supposed to come home today. She was very sick and took the anti nausea medicine and slept a lot. I went to the ER Friday and found out I have bell's palsy. Very thankful it wasn't a stroke! Very frustrating to deal with but temporary. Hardest part is keeping my left eye taped shut.  James has a tough week ahead of him in getting an order out. Just pray for all of us. God  is our strength and joy.

Taylor is going into the hospital this morning for the next 3-4 days for that strong chemo. Remember her in your prayers that all goes well and no allergic reactions.

Still too low

April 26, 2010

Taylor had her blood drawn yesterday and they determined it was still too low to have chemo. They are going to see if it is okay for Thursday. Taylor is glad not to have to go to the hospital. But it is perplexing that her blood levels is taking so long to get up to normal. Keep her in your prayers. It is really tough right now for all of them.

Taylor went to the hospital today but her blood count was too low to get chemo this week. So she needs to rest and she will go next week.

Taylor is getting that strong chemo right now that takes 24 hours to get. She will have to have this done 4 times in next two months. So far no reactions. PTL!  She should come home Saturday afternoon if all goes well.
